Our staffs of 3 full time QC people are committed to setting up and following all of our QC procedures.  Every step and every department along the way has QC check points; this enables to catch many of the small issues before they become major problems.

Each job on each piece of equipment is quality checked on a 15 to 20 minute rotation, and the QC team is looking for:

• Color Matching
• Bleeds
• Trims
  
• Stitches
  
• Scums
  
• Scratches
  
• Markings from equipment
  
• Dog ears
  
• Squareness of books
  
• Pagination and folds

We are not satisfied unless it is done perfect!
